Vande Mataram was written by Bankim Chandra Chatterjee and Jana Gana Mana was a creation of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore.
Since my childhood I felt proud of this fact. When you are a child, you family and community is your first identity. When you are grown up you are proud of your nationality. However, to a few people like Raj Thackeray their community is the only identity. Now as a grown up, I feel the responsibility of being a Bong. Vande Mataram united this country and Jana Gana Mana brings all to fore. I believe whatever I do in my life should do some good to the mass of this country.
Last word... some people feel Vande Mataram is unislamic. I really don't know. Rather I cannot understand how it could be. Loving and respecting a country is an emotional thing. Lets not put it in brackets with religion.

Why Mayawati is correct | Nawab's view
She has got Crores of Public money down the drain to realize her dream project- Ambedkar Udyaan (Ambedkar Park). Well, i personally think that she didn't do much wrong.
Before you think of questioning my intellect, lets just go a little back in history. Throughout time personalities have been wiped out of history. History mostly shows just the winners viewe and many a times forgwts all about the defeated.
Lets just assume Mayawati didn't get this Park constructed, and became just another CM in UP's long history (and let's say she does lots of Social Work too) . 30 years down the line, do you think the teenagers would have even hear her name? Answer me honestly. No, a few primary schools wouldn't leave even a speck on public Psyche as much as this Huge 2000 Crore mammoth project will have...
Now lets consider, what position she is in now, at this point. It can be two ways
1) Her project is left standing. (made purposely of stone to withstand tides of time).
2) Her project is demolished, that in turn would create such a huge protest and agitation of huge proportions.
In both of the above cases one thing happens for sure. She will remain in public psyche long after she is gone, either through Huge buildings and statues or through excessive unrest that results after the razing of the monument.
Either ways, she wins. From her point of view it is all good, serves her well.

MyDC is like heaven. Awesome buildings and brilliant management. Clean roads. Lights to enlighten the roads in dark. Maintained housekeeping. Learning made fun with a sense of responsibility. People at MyDC believe in conserving environment and have given a serious thought to the belief.
Electricity is well conserved. Once you are out, lights get switch off by themselves. Warm water is available in morning only. Water is conserved. Drained water is treated and used for landscaping. And in residential areas, bikes are banned. Pick up a cycle. Its good for health!
Some people follow what they preach. Infy being one of them...

WHO report: India, that has just attained independence might not be able to feed it self for more than 5 years.
Pandit Nehru: contrary to claims of WHO he said, "We will be in position to export wheat by 1970".
Reactions of Nehru's Critics around the world ranged from suspect to plain rejecttion of his claims. The wheat America sent our way to help us feed India was so poor in quality that it had black color rahter than the natural golden color of wheat.
Pandit Nehru plans two major Dams in Punjab, Works extensively with man behind Green Revolution, Norman Borloug trying out new variants of seeds of Wheat and Rice.

It stresses that the need of industry is to approach the consumer as the office is round the corner only. If you are interested in reading books on marketing; pick this one up. You won't swear on me.
